In this role, you will combine process expertise with hands-on solution delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring those ideas to life with Flowable.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Advising customers on process optimization and BPM best practices
• Designing and modeling processes using BPMN 2.0, case management with CMMN, and decision logic with DMN
• Configuring and implementing process solutions on the Flowable platform
• Translating business requirements into executable models that deliver measurable value
• Leading workshops, supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuously improving BPM methods and templates
• Collaborating with our European Business Automation team, bringing international expertise to local projects

You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, across industries and regions – shaping how organizations in Asia approach process transformation.

You are a structured, analytical thinker who is passionate about process excellence and modern automation. You enjoy solving complex challenges and communicating your ideas clearly.

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in BPM or process automation projects
• Proven expertise in Flowable or similar BPM platforms
• Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0 and practical experience in process design and implementation
• Experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholders
• Familiarity with DMN and CMMN is a plus
• Basic technical understanding of how process applications interact with data and services
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Based in Singapore and authorized to work locally
